Now, more than ever, pets keep people focused…and strengthen them emotionally because of the absolute happiness and love in our lives. Lakewood Chamber of Commerce encourages community members to unleash the spirit of giving to help our neighbors and homeless keep their pets for Paw-lidays.
This year, the Lakewood Chamber brings together food, supplies, and financial donations for PACK (People for Animal Care and Kindness)~ a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of all animals. They do this by providing financial support to those who have animals in need of food, supplies, and/or veterinary care.
This is the fifteenth year that the Chamber of Commerce has gathered food for our four-legged friends. We hope the community will once again search your hearts and wallets to help others keep their beloved pets through a donation.
Suggestions include: pet food, pet jackets/jackets, waterproof covers, blankets, pee pads, collars, belts, leashes, and of course cash/checks prepared for the pack.
You can hand your donation to room offices at 6310 Mount Tacoma Drive SW now through December 10.
Doors open 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and 10am-3pm Saturday and Sunday. Please note: The room will be closed on November 25th and 26th.
Thank you for paying it in advance~ and keeping adorable pets with “hoomans” for Paw-lidays!
