Meet Bluebell! | Pets | newsbug.info

The Happy Tails Animal Shelter Pet of the Week is Bluebell, a cat who is about 2 years old who is really inactive and sometimes scary.

Bluebell was recently adopted, but her owner passed away so she needs a new home.

She adapts slowly to people and is up to date on vaccinations. It has also been sterilized.

Bluebell was born on March 11, 2020.

To visit Bluebell and any of the other children of the shelter text or call Mandy at 219-204-8611 to schedule a visit. You can also leave a message via Facebook or the shelter phone 574-278-7102 and leave your name and number or email us happytails@urhere.net.

We still need volunteers to help the cats and dogs, clean the feed and walk the dogs weather permitting. One shift for a few hours once a week will definitely help. Please give this some thought. We are short on volunteers and overwhelmed by kittens and kittens.

The priority of our wish list at this time is dry cat food and dry cat food. Our daily needs are Dawn dish soap, Fabuloso, bleach, tall kitchen bags, and spillable cat litter.

Happy Tails has donation boxes in Kroger, Rural King and at the shelter’s front door.

We wish to thank everyone personally for the help and care they provided for our shelter. We are grateful to the Herald Journal for donating space in the newspaper to Animal of the Week.
