Back-To-Back Robberies Have Police Chasing Suspects in Kennewick

Kennewick police are searching for multiple suspects from a pair of burglaries early Monday morning less than 30 minutes away. One of them appears to involve a home break-in.

What happened in the first accident?

Police were called to a home at 5600 Block of West Metaline around 3:48 a.m. to report a victim whose wallet had been taken.

This person appears to have involved a home invasion. The victim said that two suspects entered their home and assaulted them and took their wallet. The victim was not seriously injured.

Another theft reported less than 30 minutes later

Then in the Shell Convenience Store in Building 2100 of West 4th, about 4:16 a.m., a suspected man entered the store, indicated or indicated he was carrying a gun and robbed the employee, most likely from even the hour. No injuries, the suspect apparently left on foot.
